We love working with our clients and always say, more time is better! However, as of now we do not book any dates earlier than 18 months in advance. We want to make sure that we are able to fully commit to your wedding date and work with you from now until then.
For our micro-wedding package, we only book within 6 months of the wedding date. If you are planning a micro-wedding and would like more time with our team, we can discuss other package options that may work for you!
You can always send in an inquiry and we can have your date in our records, so when we do open up that month for bookings, we are able to reach out to you.
We have an amazing team here at Coastal Rose Events, and we will ensure that your day will still be carried through beautiful, efficiently, and without worry! You will either have a different lead planner or a lead assistant carry out your beautiful day.
Yes! We love to travel and work with new vendor teams. Our primary area is Santa Barbara County, and we travel within Santa Barbara county area without travel fees. Outside of there we will charge based on the distance.
We know that choosing to canceling a wedding is not an easy decision. If you find yourself in this situation, we ask that you let us know ASAP. The retainer you paid to reserve our time will not be refundable.
